Detail-driven and precise, Jessica is the GapSourcing resource most institutions wish they had.
A partner in the firm, Jessica leads our GapSourcing practice which provides dedicated assistance in areas where sufficient expertise is not always on-site. While at Kenyon College (OH), she rolled out fully automated financial and regulatory reporting while honing her skills restructuring charts of accounts and simplifying accounting practices and procedures. She is also experienced in remediating management letter comments in the areas of endowment and investment accounting, creating systems for property, plant and equipment accounting, and delivering timely financial statements and regulatory returns (including IRS Form 990).
During her time at CFO Colleague, Jessica has served in a variety of assignments including Controller, analyst and operational accountant, providing full financial statement preparation and ownership of subsidiary ledger activities. Prior to higher education, worked as an analyst for NIB Health Funds, Ltd. (NSW) and as a financial statement auditor for Deloitte (NY), providing a foundation of report writing and high-level accounting. She has extensive exposure to IBM Cognos, Synoptix, SAS Enterprise Guide, Ellucian’s Banner and Colleague, Jenzabar EX, and Microsoft Excel..

A graduate of Houghton College (BS) and Trevecca Nazarene University (MBA), Jessica was admitted to the partnership in 2022. She and husband Jesse have four children at home and live in Mount Vernon, OH.
