Scott serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensuring its services are delivered with precision and consistency. He aligns the firm’s consultants with client needs by assessing organizational challenges, matching the right expertise to each engagement, and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and impact. Through careful coordination, resource planning, and performance oversight, he helps ensure every client engagement is executed strategically.

Scott can quickly craft a profile of an institution, presenting key, easy-to-understand, and actionable metrics to stakeholders. He is also adept at identifying areas where cost savings are possible and devising plans to right-size operations toward long-term sustainability. The firm’s COMP4cast® and Marginal Revenue Analysis tools are among his specialties, and his analyses of relationships within the statement of activities, position, and cash flows have proven transformational.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science from Houghton College (NY) and an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University (TN). He lives on the Nature Coast of Florida with his wife, Bonnie, and their four children.
