Krissta Hadsell
Senior Analyst
After working in retail, banking, client relations, and project management for over a decade, Krissta Hadsell made a jump to private higher education and has never looked back.
Most recently, Krissta has served more than ten years in data analysis, institutional research, accountability, and effectiveness. Her belief in giving institutions timely, accurate, and actionable data is deep and she understands the value of seeing both the large scale and small detail in decision making. Data presentation is paramount when partnering with stakeholders; Krissta stands apart by encompassing an ability to make data nuanced and accessible to all interested parties. She oversaw an implementation of online course surveys while providing expert informational support for a prioritization project, all in the midst of a ten-year accreditation review (which resulted in a no-monitoring report). During the COVID-19 pandemic, she spearheaded her institution’s CARE and HEERF fund application, student disbursement, and subsequent reporting.
If your institution is in need of a seasoned institutional research professional that enjoys a challenge, reach out to Krissta. She would welcome a conversation on your project. Krissta, her husband, and their two children live in central Ohio.
