Sena leads our Accounting, Budget and Controls (ABC) practice, Her background includes a long tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Anderson University (IN) where she orchestrated various debt financings, coordinated numerous buildings projects, successfully managed a growing endowment, implemented comprehensive financial controls, and overhauled financial reporting and compliance. Her portfolio also included supervision of human resources, facilities, IT and various other functions as needs demanded.

Sena’s work with CFO Colleague has primarily focused on the interim CFO role, addressing critical needs and implementing controls, reporting and outcome goals consistent with what the strongest institutions have accomplished. Her work is universally acclaimed, with the material issues addressed before a permanent CFO arrives.

Sena and her husband Arlan have two grown children and live in Panama City Beach, FL.
