Yvonne Westover Robinson is a seasoned payroll and operational accounting professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in complex, multi-state and international payroll environments, including more than a decade managing multi-state payroll for the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. Her expertise includes payroll processing, reconciliations, liability management, general ledger integration, internal controls, audit support, and workflow design. Working closely with both HR and Accounting, Yvonne serves as a bridge between the functions to ensure accurate data flow, proper benefit and deduction handling, and alignment between payroll activity, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. She is especially skilled at turning complex regulations into clear, workable processes that help organizations operate with confidence.

Known for her steady leadership and practical, solutions-focused approach, Yvonne has managed teams and built accounting and payroll functions within major financial institutions and growing organizations. She established the accounting department at Westlake Financial and held management roles at GMAC RFC, Washington Mutual, and Glendale Federal Bank. She also supported continuity of operations during significant transitions, including Cal Fed’s acquisition of Glendale Federal Bank and Washington Mutual’s acquisitions of Great Western Bank and Home Savings.

With experience across corporate, ministry, and higher education settings, Yvonne understands how to balance operational excellence with organizational mission. She is passionate about reducing risk, preventing disruption, and building systems that allow teams to focus on what they do best.

Yvonne and her husband, Pastor Les Robinson, live in Santa Clarita, California, where they serve their community together. Yvonne serves as a worship leader alongside their two children, and as a family they are deeply committed to faith, service, and investing in others.
